| DINNER PASTRY 
 1/2 cup cream cheese (4 oz.),
room temp.
1/2 cup butter, room temp.
 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
 1 1/4 cup flour
 1/2 tsp. salt
      Leave
cream cheese and butter in a bowl at room 
temperature until they become very soft (or soften
 in microwave).  When manageable, stir until well
 mixed.  Add cream or milk and mix until well
 blended.  Add flour and salt; mix well.  Form into
 two balls and chill a little.  When moderately stiff,
 roll out on a lightly floured pastry cloth to about 1/8"
 thick.
      Makes
2 single pie crusts, to be filled before baking. 
Good for quiche or piroshkis.
